Q: Do you sell to the general public?
A: No. We are a wholesale-only business. Our products are available exclusively to licensed retailers, aquarium professionals, and verified resellers.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are based in the United States, with shipments arriving from Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Taiwan, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: C & C Wholesale has over 16 years of experience in the exotic fish trade. Our journey began in Los Angeles and continues with global sourcing and national distribution.
📦 Ordering & Payment
Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: Yes, we require a minimum order amount for all purchases. This helps ensure safe and efficient packing and shipping of live animals.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Full payment must be received before shipping.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled before the scheduled shipping date. Once packed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How do you ship live fish?
A: We ship via overnight express or airline cargo using insulated boxes, oxygenated bags, and temperature-controlled packaging (heat/cold packs depending on the weather).
Q: When do you ship orders?
A: We typically ship from Monday to Wednesday to avoid delays over the weekend.
Q: Do you offer shipping outside the U.S.?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
🐟 Live Arrival & Health Guarantee
Q: What is your Live Arrival Guarantee?
A: We guarantee the live arrival of fish when:
- The package is received on the first delivery attempt.
- Any losses are reported within 2 hours of delivery.
- You provide clear photos of the DOA fish in their original unopened bag.
Q: What happens if a fish arrives dead?
A: If you meet the requirements above, we will issue store credit or offer a replacement (when available). No cash refunds are issued for livestock.

Q: Do you quarantine the fish before shipping?
A: Yes. All livestock is carefully inspected and quarantined to ensure optimal health before being packed for delivery.
Q: Can you special order species not listed on your site?
A: Yes. If you're looking for something specific, contact us—we may be able to source it from one of our international partners.
